Weโ€™ve grouped them into categories to make things easier to navigate. If youโ€™re ever unsure, just reach out to the Client Care team and theyโ€™ll guide you in the right direction insha'Allah.

For general issues or updates, connect with the Client Care team ([email protected]).

  • General client inquiries

  • Platform/tech issues (video, calendar sync, etc.)

  • Adjusting your therapy rate (increase or decrease)

  • Updating your email or contact info

  • Support with onboarding or offboarding questions

  • Requesting platform walkthroughs or refreshers

For anything clinical in nature, supervision-related, or ethically complex, connect with your Clinical Supervisor (if you have one at Ruh) or Jana Al-Nahhas, our Clinical Manager ([email protected]) is your go-to.

  • Case consultations

  • Letter requests from clients (eg: refugee court case, medical record request, leave from work/school, extension for a school exam/assignment, etc)

  • Changing supervisors (due to graduation, preferences, etc.)

  • Joining or forming a peer consult group

  • Navigating client concerns or ethical dilemmas

  • Transferring or wrapping up client files (e.g., during leave or exit)

  • Taking a vacation or short-term break
