Downloading a report on Safari
Click on the desired report and wait for it to download to your documents area under "Generated Reports". Depending on the volume of information being pulled, this process may take up to 30 minutes.
The downloaded data will appear in a .CSV file format, suitable for review and analysis.
If the report opens in another tab instead of directly in Numbers or Excel, right-click on the report.
Look for an option to "Download Linked File" in the context menu that appears.
Once you select this option, the file will download into your computer's "Download" folder.
Open the downloaded file in Excel or Numbers to view and work with the data as needed.
