Updates for the Month of April 2025

As a reminder April 30th is the deadline for completion of case notes. Completed notes are those that are written, signed AND locked.

All providers can update, unlock their case notes and relock them after the necessary edits.

A few points to keep in mind:

1) You will notice a check box on your invoice to verify that your notes have been completed.

2) In order to support you in getting caught up, if there are more than 12 incomplete case notes, we will pause your intro calls so that you can get caught back up, inshaAllah.

We hope that these measures will help everyone get caught up and will help us avoid getting behind again in the future. Jazakum Allah Khair
