Welcome to your Ruh Care Dashboard! Your Provider Dashboard is the main (Home) screen you see when logging into your Ruh Care account. Your dashboard contains important information about your upcoming sessions and your clients. Ruh Care helps you keep your day organized, and high-priority tasks visible, to keep operations efficient.
Overview tab
This tab displays by default and will show you important appointment and task details.
In the "Appointments" section of your dashboard, you will see the options to view:
Today's appointments (upcoming and completed)
This week's appointments (all statuses)
All unconfirmed appointments -- review any appointments that need to be confirmed by you, or by your client.
Note: By default, all appointments are unconfirmed to address potential conflicts of interest or scheduling issues. Confirmation triggers an email notification to the client, indicating the appointment's confirmation by their therapist.
You can also quickly add a new appointment or task right from your home dashboard.
In the "Tasks" section of your dashboard, you are able to view:
Your tasks
Tasks assigned to others
Completed tasks
Ruh Care includes a feature called Smart Tasks to enhance your workflow efficiency. With Smart Tasks, the platform automatically generates tasks based on specific criteria. For example, approximately 10 hours after a session, if charting remains incomplete, Ruh Care creates a task for you. These settings are customizable according to your preferences, allowing for tailored task management and improved productivity.

This is your business analytics board. View data to gain insights for:
Breakdown of appointments booked
Billing (gross payments per month received and payments received after fees)

Confirm appointments promptly to ensure smooth scheduling.
