Within Ruh Care, the Account Settings section of an account enables account admins to customize both the provider and client experience. Learn how to set your preferences for notifications and tailor Ruh Care features to best suit both your and your clients' needs.
You can review these settings as you first set up your Ruh Care account, and return to them frequently.
To access your Settings:
Log into your Ruh Care account
Click the settings wheel (gear icon) on the top-right
From the drop-down, select "Settings"
Settings are broken down into the following categories:
Personal
Business
Features
Personal Settings
Account Settings
Under "Account Settings," you'll be able to adjust some basic information about your account/business, including:
Name
Email address
Phone number
Credentials
Timezone
Password (with the ability to change password)
Notifications Settings
The Ruh Care platform automatically sends you and your clients' emails and push notifications to keep you updated on client activity, account activity, and business needs.
Email notifications are sent to your email address on file.

Profile Picture
A profile picture can be added to a provider's account and will be visible to clients. Learn More: Account Profile Picture
Calendar Settings
External Sync
Sync your Ruh Care calendar to 3rd party calendars including Google, Outlook, and iCal.
Chat Settings
You'll find that some Chat Settings, such as the ability to enable/disable chat, can be found in the "Journal Entries" Settings section.
