Your @ruhcare.io email helps clients feel more secure and confident communicating with you, as it is a professional and brand-consistent email rather than a personal one.
All emails sent to [email protected] will arrive in the same inbox as the personal email you provided in the basic information form while onboarding. Please let us know if you'd like to change that at any time.

Setting Up Your Email for Sending
Receiving emails will be set up and working as soon as you receive the welcome email with your initial password. Now, letβs set up your email for sending so you can use [email protected] to reply back to emails.

Initial password: shared in your welcome email (message the Ruh team if you haven't received it yet)
SMTP Server: mail.ruhcare.io
Port: 465
Optional: For easier access, you can add your @ruhcare.io email as an alternate email to your Google account. This allows you to log in to Google using your Ruh email. To set this up, go to https://myaccount.google.com/email
Setting Up Your Email Signature
Once you are done with the email setup, we can set up your email signature and link it to your [email protected] email.
You can copy-paste the email signature from the welcome email and edit it as you see fit (eg: replacing the Client Care number with your personal number if you'd like).
