Ruh Care makes it easy to manage and securely store client data on file.
Due to healthcare regulations and the implications of permanently deleting client health data, Ruh Care currently does not support providers (or clients) from being able to delete a client account. Furthermore, we cannot delete a client account at the request of a provider or a client.
With regards to test client accounts, while we understand that these accounts potentially have false/fake data and no real Patient Health Information, we still cannot delete these.
Here are some alternative ways to manage client data:
Therapists can archive clients they are no longer working with.
If a duplicate account has been created for the same client, providers can merge the two client accounts.
